PICOTE tools
PICOTE is a manufacturer of innovative products for the cleaning, grinding, abrading and cutting of/in channels. It is based in Finland and has a global distribution network. First presented at IFAT 2018, the company is now entering the world of Schwalm robots.
A large proportion of the Picote tools have been adapted and since then have been used with the Talpa FSR 1330 and Talpa FSR 2060 robots. An air motor adapted to this system and adapter have been developed for many of these special tools as part of a close collaboration between Schwalm Robotic GmbH, Schwalm USA and the specialists from Picote.
Through the Schwalm robots deployed, these tools can now be transported to places which were difficult to reach with the methods used up until now. Thanks to this, Schwalm can expand its range of usable special tools.
