We would like to inform you that some selected HutlinerPacker® models are subject to sales and repair restrictions due to spare parts (top cover) that are no longer available. This affects the following models:

• Hutliner®FLEXpacker DN300-350

• Hutliner®FLEXpacker DN350-450

We already changed our HutlinerPacker® sales and production to the current available model series of lateral connection packers with sandwich covers in 2013. The previous model series, with the outdated type of top cover, has only been manufactured on special customer request and for special applications since then. Up to now we have been able to maintain the production and repair availability of this model series for you for a long time due to residual stocks at the supplier and keeping the top covers in stock internally. Meanwhile, we have to reduce the availability due to the top covers no longer being produced. Please refer to the following list for the models' status:

Hutliner®FLEXpacker DN300-350 - no new construction / repair from available residual stock

Hutliner®FLEXpacker DN350-450 - no new construction / no repair possible

If you have the DN350-450 model and there is damage that results in the top cover being replaced, we have to inform you that repair is no longer possible due to a lack of top covers. We therefore recommend that you switch to the current DN300-400 or DN400-500 model series in good time.
