The Christmas holidays and the transition into the New Year are drawing nigh. Traditionally at this time of the year, we dedicate ourselves to family, relatives and to good friends to a larger extent than at other times throughout the year. Inevitably, we can renew ourselves in this company and regain strength and energy. Before we partake of this well-deserved pastime, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your positive cooperation. In 2016 as well, you have bestowed us with your trust, which has the basis for our successful corporate development this year too. 

Nevertheless, our time has been shaped by many changes whose consequences we would have a hard time foreseeing today. A crucial driver of changes is rapidly progressing digitization of all areas of our lives. In this, however, we also recognize challenges and interesting chances which we are already working on for you today. And one of these is of particular importance to me. Where the development of our products and services is concerned, we will continue to focus on outstanding quality. That is because quality is something special and this is what will characterize our brand in the future as well. Furthermore, continuity and dependability are values that characterize us.
