Bad Hersfeld. Most recently the sewer specialist Arkil Inpipe GmbH, Hannover (Lower Saxony, Germany), bought a brand new rehabilitation vehicle from Schwalm Robotic. The 12-ton MAN truck is equipped with a customized repair unit for trenchless sewer rehabilitation with short liners. Ancillary systems, among others a high pressure jetting unit from ROM B.V. (Netherlands), provide independency from external supply. A separated room inside for both video inspection and operating the Schwalm Robots, a habitable office booth at the same time, complements the whole vehicle. Torsten Schamer, managing director of Arkil, was accompanied by two Arkil specialists, when he was personally handed over the truck in Bad Hersfeld through Martin Schwalm.
