High-pressure cleaning of main lines using traditional cleaning procedures results in typical particulate deposits at branches and recesses.

I.e. exactly where a statically oriented water jet is insufficient.

This regularly is the case in the area of the connection nozzles - we are talking about "shadow formation".

In order to successfully use hat seals, grinding and milling dusts must be removed carefully from the adhesive area of the connection nozzle beforehand. This flushing work is performed with the Talpa FSR 1330 or 2060, depending on the sewer dimensions. Both commercially available and manufacturer-specific high-pressure cleaning systems can be used.

As opposed to blind and passive high-pressure cleaning of traditional procedures, the robots direct the cleaning jet to the contaminated locations in a controlled manner: monitored by a camera and precisely accurate. Due to the third movement axis of the robot arm - axial rotation - all locations in the sewer can be reached.
